k. i’m ready to see the number on the scale start changing again. back to really watching my diet.
at least i know i can maintain my weight as i lose it? haven’t gained a pound. buttt also haven’t lost one hahah. i’m on it tho. time to get serious, especially when i’m running so much, really need to make sure i’m fueling my body with the right things.
